Best Kahshe Advice
Favourite Kahshe Memory
In the early 2000s, on New Year's Eve, I took a shoreline walk dressed fully in winter gear. Just a few feet from the coast, the ice suddenly cracked, plunging me into an icy Kahshe Lake. In that instant, my life flashed before my eyes. Quickly, I used the fractured ice's edge to pull myself out. The incident left an enduring impact, reminding me how swiftly life can change. Despite the tranquil scene, danger lurked beneath. Since then, I've avoided walking too close to icy shores. The lesson remains: proximity to the shore weakens ice, making it very volatile. My ice walks are now a thing of the past, a cautionary tale etched into memory and I spend my winters in hot Florida.
