President's Update December 2025
A heartfelt thank you to all our 2025 volunteers and to everyone who supports life on the lake. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm make our community truly special.
We’re thrilled to share that we had a fantastic response to the fall membership survey. Your feedback will guide where KBLA volunteer efforts and membership funds are directed in 2026. Highlights include:
- Rock Markers & Water Quality: Over 95% of respondents identified these as the most important aspects of lake life.
- Arts & Crafts Show: 85% of members are in favour of hosting one in the future. We’re planning a small-scale show (5 local vendors) during the 2026 Regatta at Nagaya Beach. Interested in helping? Please email President@kahshebasslakes.com to join the committee!
- We welcome you to go to the website to view a more detailed summary of the responses.
This holiday season, we invite you to give a gift that resonates right here within our community. Your donations are vital to keeping KBLA vibrant and functioning. They empower us to protect water quality, maintain rock markers, oversee beach upkeep, and support community events. Simply put, your generosity enables us to focus on what truly matters: a safe, healthy, and connected lake for everyone. Donate here.
We encourage you to renew your membership or become a KBLA member. Together, your donations and memberships are the backbone of everything we accomplish.
